In 16-02-2026 | It was a practical contrebution sue tothe Participation in a workshop organized by the Ministry of Planning, through the Institute of Planning in coordination with UNDP in Libya, on leveraging AI and blockchain technologies to advance higher education and scientific research in Libya. We discuessed also the role of tese technologies on VET skills and sector develpment, and how it became a consedrabele tools and appraches for the sector needed for the future. The workshop included discussions on priorities and challenges, a presentation of the national AI_strategy outline, and efforts to strengthen programs and initiatives for building national capacities that support the use of these technologies within universities and research institutions.

The next phase requires transafring these discussions into clear recommendations and actionable projects in the near term to support innovation and enhance the efficiency of educational and research institutions.
